Jessica Lee Keller is a versatile dancer, choreographer, actor, and bodyworker with over 30 years of experience in the arts. Best known for her role as ‘Struts’ in Disney Channel’s Teen Beach Movie and Teen Beach 2, she has performed and collaborated with some of the world’s most renowned choreographers and directors, including Crystal Pite, Ohad Naharin, Alonzo King, and Tyce Diorio. As a founding member of Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet in NYC, Jessica trained and performed internationally before transitioning to the commercial world. She has appeared on countless stages and silver screens, from acting roles in Code Black and Lucifer to dance performances on shows like DWTS, SYTYCD, and The Ellen Show. Her choreography can be seen in major films like The Adjustment Bureau, as well as in commercials, music videos, and live performances, including for artists like JLo and Gloria Estefan.

In addition to her dance and choreography career, Jessica is deeply committed to holistic healing. She is a certified yoga teacher and bodyworker, offering hands-on healing through Somatic-based techniques. Her work is rooted in a shamanistic approach, having studied with Shaman Durek and participated in transformative healing journeys. Jessica’s passion for bodywork and emotional wellness is reflected in her approach to movement, which integrates both the physical and spiritual aspects of the human experience. She offers 1:1 bodywork sessions and curated group experiences, helping others reconnect with their bodies and tap into their deepest healing potential. Through her work, Jessica seeks to create sacred spaces for individuals to rediscover their essence and live fully in their bodies.
